HOW CAN I BUY?

You will have to make a reservation deposit in order to lock the property for 1 week. Once paid, we will refer you to a licensed RMLO who will assist in reviewing your application and verifying income and credit. When this is approved, we will meet at the courthouse in person. We will provide all the documents that you need to sign. You only need to bring a check with the down payment.

Yes, you can go on your own. Just go to the property section, select your favorite available property and check the location! You can visit the property any day at any time.

Closing period will take 2 to 3 weeks.

 

We usually close directly at the Courthouse to minimize closing fees. If you want to close with a title company, you will need to pay a $2,000 fee.

 

LONE STAR ACRES offers flexible financing options with a minimum down payment of 2% of the price and a maximum term of 120 months.
