This website is operated by Lone Star Acres LLC (“Lone Star Acres”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through lonestaracrestx.com, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use a contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, your message and, where applicable, the property you are asking about. When you call, text or email us, we receive the information you share in that communication.
Payment information. Reservations and payments are processed by MoonClerk and its payment processors. You enter your payment details on their pages, not on ours. We do not see or store your full card or bank account numbers.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or tracking pixels.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your questions, send you information about properties you asked about, schedule calls or property visits, process reservations, prepare and administer purchase and financing agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify – hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
- MoonClerk – processes reservation payments.
- Google – provides our email and the fonts and map links used on this site.
- id.land – provides the interactive property maps embedded on property pages.
We may also share information with title companies, county offices, attorneys or lenders when needed to complete a purchase you requested, or when required by law.
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or purchase. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing us.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up with you. If you buy a property, we keep the records required to administer your contract and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing
contact@lonestaracrestx.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we must keep by law.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
